The shipping fee is calculated at checkout and two shipping options are available:
Domestic and Worldwide Standard Shipping takes 5-7 business days.
Domestic and Worldwide Express Shipping takes 2-3 business days.

Shipments outside Europe always have customs duties and taxes included.

RETURNS

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to safely return your order within 14 days of receipt.
The return process is straightforward: just contact our Customer Care Service at info@superglamourous.it to receive step-by-step returning guidelines.
Once the return process has been explained, you shall send back the goods by contacting your courier to schedule the pickup of the merchandise you are returning. You can ship the products back to us in its original packaging, with a traceable courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex.
The return shipping fee and all import duties and taxes back to Italy (if any) will be sustained by the customer.

Please remember that we can not accept returns on products that have been customized especially for you (Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005) or that are final sale products included in the private sale collection online (https://www.superglamourous.it/collections/private-sale).

Once the products reach our Boutiques and after the proper checks, we will proceed with the style/size change or refund to your original payment method within 14 business days, accordingly.

Synthetic canvas shoes with special processing require meticulous care to preserve their appearance and quality over time. For daily cleaning of the canvas upper, we recommend using a soft dry cloth or a soft bristle brush to remove dust and surface dirt. If the upper has hand embroidery made of cotton threads mixed with metallic threads, it is essential to treat them very gently. Metallic threads can become damaged or lose luster if subjected to excessive rubbing or contact with moisture. It is advisable to use a soft, fine-bristled brush to gently remove dust from embroidery designs, avoiding pulling or fraying threads. To clean any applied rhinestones, a dry microfiber cloth can be used to restore their shine without the use of harsh chemicals.
For optimal storage, shoes should be stored in a dry and ventilated place, away from sources of heat and moisture. It is advisable to use breathable bags to protect them from dust and shoe lasts to preserve their structure. With specific and delicate care for each element, from embroidered workmanship to rhinestone details, the shoes will retain their beauty and craftsmanship for a long time.
