Domestic and Worldwide Standard Shipping takes 5-7 business days.
Domestic and Worldwide Express Shipping takes 2-3 business days.
Shipments outside Europe always have customs duties and taxes included.
RETURNS
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to safely return your order within 14 days of receipt.
The return process is straightforward: just contact our Customer Care Service at info@superglamourous.it to receive step-by-step returning guidelines.
Once the return process has been explained, you shall send back the goods by contacting your courier to schedule the pickup of the merchandise you are returning. You can ship the products back to us in its original packaging, with a traceable courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex.
The return shipping fee and all import duties and taxes back to Italy (if any) will be sustained by the customer.
Please remember that we can not accept returns on products that have been customized especially for you (Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005) or that are final sale products included in the private sale collection online (https://www.superglamourous.it/collections/private-sale).
Once the products reach our Boutiques and after the proper checks, we will proceed with the style/size change or refund to your original payment method within 14 business days, accordingly.

To clean these items, a dry or slightly damp cloth can be used, avoiding abrasive products that could scratch them or cause oxidation. It is best to remove dirt around accessories with a soft-bristled brush, taking care not to scratch the surrounding leather. In the case of fabric accessories, such as clip-on bows, it is best to wipe them gently with a dry cloth or fine bristle brush, avoiding the use of water or detergents that could compromise the texture and appearance of the fabric.
If the shoes have tassels, it is important to give them proper treatment. Tassels should be cleaned separately using a soft dry cloth to remove dust.
Special attention should be paid to shoes that have combinations with other leathers, such as smooth leather or suede inserts, or with rubber soles. Each material requires specific treatments to avoid damage or alteration: we recommend using dedicated products for each type of leather and gentle detergents for cleaning rubber soles.
To maintain the flawless appearance of shoes, it is advisable to store them in a cool, dry place away from excessive heat sources. Using shoe lasts helps preserve the original structure, while storing them in protective bags prevents dust from damaging the leather or accessories.
