This attitude is perfectly in line with the brand’s commitment of creating sustainable value for years to come for the safeguarding of the local artisanal communities and the benefit of the future generations.

Superglamourous has always been upholding the Made in Italy principles by keeping its production in Italy - in the renewed “Vigevano” Footwear District - employing an highly specialized and adequately paid staff and using top quality and certified Italian origin raw materials. In this respect, all brand suppliers are required to comply with its highest quality standards and to certify all the raw materials provided with Official Certificates of Origin.

This is reflected in the “Made in Italy 100% Certificate IT01” obtained by the brand in 2016.

CERTIFICATIONS

Sistema IT01 - 100% Original Italian Quality

In order to formalize the great craftsmanship and quality of its products, in 2016 Superglamourous has obtained the SISTEMA IT01 certification with registration number IT01.IT/1511.076.C.

This prestigious certification attests that the brand's products are entirely Made in Italy with certified Italian components and natural top quality materials. It also certifies that the brand's products are made according to the Company's exclusive styles and designs in compliance with the typical Italian craftsmanship tradition.

Corporate Golden Donor program

In 2017 Superglamourous has decided to support the FAI - Italian Environment Fund - joining the Corporate Golden Donor company membership program.

Along with the FAI, Superglamourous wants to undertake a large guardianship project that is also an ambitious cultural challenge: to make Italy an even more beautiful place to live and work in.
The countryside and cultural Italian heritage the FAI safeguards and promotes is one of the world's unique resources and a fundamental resource to invest in to revive, develop and enhance the wonderful Italian country.
Thanks to the support of its many members, private citizens and companies alike, the FAI has been protecting and managing 57 properties across the Italian country for over 40 years. Important historical and artistic sites and landscapes have been saved from neglect, restored, protected and opened to the worldwide public through the Fund's actions.

Every day, the FAI is committed to protecting and offering every person access to splendid jewels of art, nature and culture scattered throughout the countryside, cities and coasts of Italy, educating and raising collective awareness, respect and care for the arts and nature and become spokespeople for civil society, vigilant and actively intervening in the Country.

We want a better protected and even more beautiful Italy. We will work with the FAI to build it.

Corporate Environmental Commitment

Superglamourous is strongly committed to reducing the consumption of materials such as paper and plastic.
Regarding the packaging, the brand favored papers and cardboards certified by FSC® - Forest Stewardship Council - which bears witness to correct forest management and the traceability of the paper products.
The FSC® logo guarantees that the product is made of raw materials harvested from forests managed according to sustainable principles.
The branded packaging is 100% recyclable and biodegradable.


In line with its Corporate Environmental Commitment, Superglamourous has been a FedEx and DHL partner since 2013 to offset all the emissions generated by the shipment of the products ordered through the e-commerce platform worldwide by joining Carbon Neutral Certified projects.

As part of its environmental protection strategy, the brand is also committed to searching for sustainable transport solutions through the optimization of its intern transfers and to identifying initiatives capable of reducing environmental impact such as car sharing and carpooling initiatives.
