The shipping fee is calculated at checkout and two shipping options are available:
Domestic and Worldwide Standard Shipping takes 5-7 business days.
Domestic and Worldwide Express Shipping takes 2-3 business days.
Shipments outside Europe always have customs duties and taxes included.
RETURNS
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to safely return your order within 14 days of receipt.
The return process is straightforward: just contact our Customer Care Service at info@superglamourous.it to receive step-by-step returning guidelines.
Once the return process has been explained, you shall send back the goods by contacting your courier to schedule the pickup of the merchandise you are returning. You can ship the products back to us in its original packaging, with a traceable courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex.
The return shipping fee and all import duties and taxes back to Italy (if any) will be sustained by the customer.
Please remember that we can not accept returns on products that have been customized especially for you (Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005).
Once the products reach our Boutiques and after the proper checks, we will proceed with the style/size change or refund to your original payment method within 14 business days, accordingly.

Special attention should be paid to shoes that have accessories, such as calf tassels, metal buckles, or bangs. Tassels should be cleaned with a dry, gentle cloth, avoiding deforming or damaging them. Metal buckles, on the other hand, can be polished with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth to remove fingerprints and dust, avoiding the use of abrasive products that could scratch or oxidize them. When python bangs are present, it is essential to pay special attention to storage. Bangs should be stored neatly, avoiding folds or excessive pressure that could compromise their shape and the delicacy of the scales. It is preferable to store them in breathable fabric bags that protect the leather from dust and preserve its natural flexibility.
Any rubber soles should be treated with a soft, slightly damp sponge to remove any remaining dirt, without wetting the python leather.
If the shoes have cotton laces, these should be removed periodically and washed by hand with warm water and mild soap. Once cleaned, it is important to allow them to air dry completely before reinserting them so as not to compromise their strength and appearance.
It is important to avoid exposure to direct heat sources, such as intense sunlight or heaters, as heat can cause dryness and discoloration of the leather. Also, it is best to store shoes in a cool, dry place away from excessive moisture, using shoe lasts to maintain their original texture. By following these precautions, python leather shoes will maintain their beauty and integrity over time.
