Tweed shoes worked with lurex threads require gentle care to preserve their beauty and texture. To remove dust and dirt, use a soft brush with fine bristles or a dry cloth, avoiding aggressive movements that could compromise the fabric and metallic threads. In case of stains, it is best to intervene with a slightly damp cloth and mild soap, gently dabbing the affected area without rubbing, so as not to alter the tweed or the shimmer of the lurex threads.
If crystal jewelry applications are present, they need to be treated with extreme care. To keep them shiny and dust-free, you can use a soft dry cloth or a small fine-bristled brush to precisely clean the surface of the crystals. Care should be taken not to get these decorations wet, as moisture could affect adhesion or damage the shiny finish.
Special attention should be paid to the presence of smooth leather or suede inserts. Each material should be treated separately with specific products: for smooth leather, nourishing creams should be applied with a soft cloth, while for suede, a brush with rubber bristles or crepe should be used to preserve the velvety texture. It is important to prevent any tweed treatments or products from coming into contact with these inserts, so as not to compromise their appearance.
Finally, it is advisable to store the shoes in a dry and cool place, away from sources of heat and moisture. Storing them in protective bags helps preserve the delicate fabric and jeweled appliqués from scratches and dust. Using shoe lasts allows you to maintain the original structure and ensure that the pattern retains its elegance and charm over time.

SHIPPING

The shipping fee is calculated at checkout and two shipping options are available:

• Domestic and Worldwide Standard Shipping takes 5-7 business days.
• Domestic and Worldwide Express Shipping takes 2-3 business days.

Shipments outside Europe always have customs duties and taxes included.

RETURNS

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to safely return your order within 14 days of receipt.
The return process is straightforward: just contact our Customer Care Service at info@superglamourous.it to receive step-by-step returning guidelines.
Once the return process has been explained, you shall send back the goods by contacting your courier to schedule the pickup of the merchandise you are returning. You can ship the products back to us in its original packaging, with a traceable courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex.
The return shipping fee and all import duties and taxes back to Italy (if any) will be sustained by the customer.

Once the products reach our Boutiques and after the proper checks, we will proceed with the style/size change or refund to your original payment method within 14 business days, accordingly.

Please remember that we can not accept returns on products that have been customized especially for you (Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005) or that are final sale products included in the private sale collection online.
