Tassels should be treated with a dry, gentle cloth, avoiding pulling or deforming them. Clamps and metal accessories can be polished with a soft, dry cloth, taking care not to scratch or oxidize them. For fabric applications, it is preferable to use a soft brush or damp cloth, avoiding harsh chemicals that could damage the color or texture while for any satin inserts, it is advisable to work with a dry cloth or soft brush to gently remove dust without ruining the satin's luster.
If shoes feature astrakhan inserts or particularly delicate accessories, such as jeweled buckles or rhinestone buttons, it is essential to treat them with extreme care. SHIPPING

The shipping fee is calculated at checkout and two shipping options are available:

• Domestic and Worldwide Standard Shipping takes 5-7 business days.
• Domestic and Worldwide Express Shipping takes 2-3 business days.

Shipments outside Europe always have customs duties and taxes included.

RETURNS

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to safely return your order within 14 days of receipt.
The return process is straightforward: just contact our Customer Care Service at info@superglamourous.it to receive step-by-step returning guidelines.
Once the return process has been explained, you shall send back the goods by contacting your courier to schedule the pickup of the merchandise you are returning. You can ship the products back to us in its original packaging, with a traceable courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex.
The return shipping fee and all import duties and taxes back to Italy (if any) will be sustained by the customer.

Once the products reach our Boutiques and after the proper checks, we will proceed with the style/size change or refund to your original payment method within 14 business days, accordingly.

Please remember that we can not accept returns on products that have been customized especially for you (Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005) or that are final sale products included in the private sale collection online.
